our coaching sessions
During our coaching sessions we will take a personal deep dive into your whole self - your past, your present and your future- so that we can look at your life on a holistic level, understand the roots of your being and identify certain wounds and coping mechanisms that can subconsciously affect you and your future life.
We will approach every aspect and through working with your body, mind, emotion and spirit connection you will be encouraged to reach your full potential and make lasting transformations.
My mission is to combine a scientific with a spiritual approach in my coaching sessions, using mindful techniques such as meditation and pranayama (conscious breathing) to center the body, the mind and the soul so that you feel empowered to creating a loving relationship with yourself. I combine the ancient yoga philosophy with a modern approach to holistic life coaching as I truly believe that everything in our life is interlocked and we always need to understand our whole self in order to fully heal ourselves.
Please note: I will be always transparent with you and depending on your very personal topics, there will most likely NOT be a quick-fix or short-term solution. We will go to the roots of your patterns and programming and it takes time to truly incorporate the learnings and re-framings in your daily life. That`s the reason why I don`t offer single sessions to new coachees- simply because things take time and this is your safe space to take this time for yourself. You are so welcome to go on this journey with me.
