“When the women gather, the world will heal.”

- Hopi Indian Prophecy

♀ Welcome to our sacred and inclusive space to honor and celebrate the divine feminine ♀

Women’s circles are gatherings of women- hosted by women and made for women.

These sisterhood circles give women a safe space to connect, share and empower each other.

I’m sure some of you have already heard of women's circles- they are offered at local yoga studios, meditation centers, you can find them as a part of retreats all over the world so it might seem like a *new thing* because they are becoming so popular now.

However, holding women's circles is an ancient practice. Centuries ago, women gathered sitting in circles, a bonfire in the middle, they cooked together, shared stories, honored the gods and goddesses and danced together underneath the stars - synching their circles with the full moon, new moon or during menstruation.

So when we now come together in women's circles, we honor our female anchestrors who have been holding this space before us, we carry on their tradition by celebrating the feminine essence and by creating a safe community.

We encourage our sisters to speak their truth, to show their uniqueness and we let our most authentic self shine through. To me, it’s also very important that we take a moment to remember the women who came before us. The women who had to overcome many obstacles that came with being a woman and to be thankful for their courage and for standing up for themselves.

♀ We remind each other that we can be strong when we are in community, not in competition

♀ We don’t gossip, we don’t compete - we lift each other up!

♀ We reconnect with our yin energy which is our connection to emotions & intuition

♀ We give each woman space to be herself, to find her voice, to speak her truth

♀ We help each woman to reclaim her power in a space free from judgement

♀ We take each circle as a container for self-love with focus on our mental and physical health

I can't wait to connect with you on a deeper level very soon.
